BIC Matchmaking event 2025
Welcome to the BIC Matchmaking event 2025.
This is the annual event for all BIC members to meet, exchange ideas and start building consortia for the CBE calls for proposals 2025. After registering, you will be able to signal your interest in CBE topics, browse through participants with similar interests, upload a pitch of your project concept and book your attendance to workshops. The BIC matchmaking event 2025 offers you the possibility of booking one-to-one meetings with other attendees. You will receive regular updates about the event and your agenda for the day.
The 2025 BIC Matchmaking event exclusively for BIC members will take place on Wednesday 12 February 2025 and will be held at the Sheraton Brussels Airport Hotel, Brussels National Airport-Zaventem (opposite the airport terminal - level 3/departure level).

We have put together an Information Pack with lots of useful details such as the agenda, travel options, hotel details and more.
- Industry Full Members: up to three representatives from each company can attend.
- Associate Members: up to two representatives from each organisation can attend.
The Matchmaking Event will be an opportunity to meet new partners during one-to-one sessions and to attend workshops on a variety of themes relevant to the bio-based industries. A more detailed agenda will follow.

Please arrange your hotel booking 11 January 2025 at the latest. After that date, room prices and availability cannot be guaranteed
