The 2024 BIC Matchmaking event exclusively for BIC members will take place on Thursday 8 February 2024 and will be held at BluePoint, Boulevard Auguste Reyers 80, 1030 Brussels. Registration is mandatory, preferably SOONEST.
We have put together an Information Pack with lots of useful details such as the agenda, travel options, hotel details and more.
- Industry Full Members: up to three representatives from each company can attend.
- Associate Members: up to two representatives from each organisation can attend.
The Matchmaking Event will be an opportunity to meet new partners during one-to-one sessions and to attend workshops on a variety of themes relevant to the bio-based industries. A more detailed agenda will follow.

We have negotiated a discount rate for BIC members should you need a hotel room. Early reservation is recommended due to a limited hotel block booking. After 22 December 2023, room prices and availability cannot be guaranteed.
A shuttle bus will be provided from our city centre group hotel (Hilton hotel Grand'Place, Carrefour de l'Europe 3, 1000 Brussels) to the Matchmaking Event venue (BluePoint). Details of the shuttle’s departure time will be confirmed at a later date. Please book in due time!
