As an Industry (Full) Member of BIC, we would like to invite you to an exclusive reception and walking dinner on Wednesday 7 February 2024 from 6pm – 9pm.

The reception and walking dinner will take place in the Foyer Queen & Ballroom Elisabeth (-1) of the Hilton Brussels Grand Place hotel, Carrefour de l’Europe 3, Brussels, 1000. The closest train station is Brussels Centrale, which includes a metro station.

Registration to this event is mandatory, preferably soonest.
(up to three representatives from company can attend).

The Hilton Brussels Grand Place hotel will also be the venue for the BIC Programming Working Group (PWG) meeting and the BIC Public Affairs (PA) meeting, which will both be held on Wednesday 7 February 2024 (afternoon). 

Separate invitations will be sent for the PWG and PA meetings and you will be asked to register.

The BIC Matchmaking event is taking place the next day (Thursday, 8 February 2024) in the BluePoint venue. Practical information about this event and the discounted hotel rates is available here. Registration is mandatory too.
A shuttle bus will be provided from our city centre group hotel (Hilton hotel Grand'Place, Carrefour de l'Europe 3, 1000 Brussels) to the Matchmaking Event venue (BluePoint).  Details of the shuttle’s departure time will be confirmed at a later date. Please book in due time!
